ConVay always exercises the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and chooses the most suitable cleaning processes for each laundry bag. However, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials that may result in tears or the development of a small hole in the fabric that is not readily apparent prior to processing.
Furthermore, we cannot guarantee to prevent any potential color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage, or damage that may weaken and tender fabrics. ConVay’s liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. Services expire two years from the date of purchase.
This agreement is strictly between ConVay and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition to using any of ConVay's services, and for the mutual benefit of both ConVay and the customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions.
